There’s something powerful about slowing down on a Sunday.
Not to “catch up.” Not to be productive. Not to prepare for everyone else.

But to reconnect with yourself.

Your Self-Care Sunday Checklist 

1. Put Your Phone Down for a While

The world can wait.
Create a little space between you and the noise. Read a book, go for a walk, journal your thoughts or simply sit in silence with your morning coffee.

Peace is productive too.

2. Wear Something That Feels Good

Comfort changes everything. Soft fabrics, relaxed fits, and pieces that make you feel confident can completely shift your mood. 

Choose outfits that feel like home  calm, effortless, and real.

3. Romanticise the Small Moments

Light the candle.
Use the jade eye mask or jade face roller.
Play your favourite playlist while getting ready for absolutely nowhere.

You don’t need a special occasion to care for yourself beautifully.

4. Move Your Body Gently

Not every workout has to be intense. Stretching, yoga, dancing in your room or a slow walk outside still counts.

Move because it feels good  not because you have to “earn” rest.

5. Catch Up With a Friend or Loved One 🤍

Life gets busy and sometimes we don’t realise how much we’ve disconnected until we finally slow down.

Use your Sunday to check in with a friend, call your mum, meet someone for coffee or send that “thinking of you” text you’ve been meaning to send all week.

Real connection is self-care too.

The people who make you feel safe, understood, and supported are part of your wellness routine even if it’s just a quick conversation or a laugh over something silly.

6. Protect Your Energy

Sunday is the perfect reminder that boundaries are healthy. Say no to things that drain you. Make space for what restores you.

Rest is not laziness. It’s maintenance.

A Softer Start to the Week

The goal isn’t to become a “better” version of yourself by Monday morning.

The goal is to feel grounded. Present. Recharged.

Self-care doesn’t have to be extravagant. Sometimes it looks like clean sheets, comfy clothes, a skincare routine, reconnecting with someone you love, and choosing yourself for a few quiet hours.
