One way to feel good about yourself is to love yourself, to take care of yourself.

It takes time and patience to love yourself, it doesn’t just happen overnight. There will also be some days when you don’t feel like you can and that is okay. Loving yourself 90% of the time is better than loving yourself none of the time. We all have flaws and that is okay because you can choose to love and accept them. ● Physical touch - pamper your body, take the time to get to know yourself. Allow yourself to feel good about your body whether you do this in front of a mirror or not. You can be yourself and pamper the vessel that you are in.

● Words of Affirmation - remind yourself that you are important and that other people are going to judge you but not to let that affect how you feel about yourself.
